Binance.com Was Down, Apps, APIs ‘Worked Fine’
Major crypto exchange Binance confirmed that they were experiencing "temporary difficulties accessing Binance.com" on Tuesday morning (UTC time), however, "Mobile Apps, Desktop Apps, APIs all [worked] fine."
